Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by our team.

• In-stock items: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

• Pre-order items: Pre-orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the individual product page whenever applicable.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders are shipped on time, Sanctify Clothing & Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package resent.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or ordered specifically for our customers and may require additional processing time. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for pre-order items to ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated processing and shipping timeframe.
